EMDR

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. Our past experiences impact our present emotions, thoughts, and sensations. EMDR helps you move through emotional blocks that interfere with living an emotionally healthy life. When appropriate, EMDR can be incorporated with traditional talk therapy. 

Telehealth

Research continues to show that online therapy is just as effective in treating mental health conditions as in-person treatment. All of my sessions take place virtually using a platform called Simple Practice. 

Genuine Connection

One of the most important factors in therapy is the connection between the therapist and client. I know how difficult it can be to begin therapy. With this in mind, I aim to get to know you as a person and not just a set of symptoms. Starting with the consultation phone call, my goal is to be personable and non-jugdgemental so you feel as comfortable as possible taking this important step toward healing.
