I offer online therapy for adult women in Oregon and California, combining evidence-based methods like EMDR with a warm, relational style. EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapy method used to help people process trauma, anxiety, and negative beliefs stored in the body. It helps you move through emotional blocks that interfere with healing, especially when past experiences impact how you feel, think, and respond in the present. I incorporate EMDR into online therapy sessions when appropriate, often alongside talk therapy.
Telehealth
I offer virtual therapy to women across Oregon and California. Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for treating anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and more. All sessions are conducted securely through Simple Practice—a HIPAA-compliant platform designed for private, convenient care.
